Hum

The seed syllable "Hum" represents the unshakable, unmoving sound of the universe. Many buddhas and deities have "Hum" as their heart mantra or seed syllable indicating the indivisable unity of method and wisdom. The five parts of the letter indicate the five Buddha families/five wisdoms as an indestructible unity and seal.
