JE TSONG KHAPA AND TWO DISCIPLES. The lineage of Je Tsongkhapa starts with his two important disciples. Khedrup.je kept the tantric lineage alive and is depicted with wide open eyes like Vajrapani. After the passing of LTK he had five visions of his teacher in various aspects. Gyaltsab.je is depicted as the older one and considered an emanation of Avalokitesvara. He became the first throne holder of the Ganden lineage, a successive lineage to the present 98th Ganden Tripa, the head of the Gelugpa lineage.
